The Alcatel-Lucent 4018 IP Touch is part of Alcatel”s 8 Series, providing excellent sound quality coupled with a wide range of user-friendly features for IP networked environments. IP Handsets in this series are for exclusive use with Alcatel-Lucent IP systems.
This phone connects to your Ethernet LAN line and works through your data network, thus allowing your business to channel communications at a lower cost than normal. Still a standard deskphone, its call features include: caller ID, stop ringing, reject calls, multi-line, call waiting, hold, transfer, forward, conference calls, last number redial and programmable quickdial.
Designed to be easy to use, the 4018 incorporates LED keys for quick navigation, including dedicated message, hands-free and mute function keys. Alongside these you will be able to use an infomation key, a local directory key and a volume control key.
This particular model is compatible with several Alcatel accessories which include a wall-mount kit and a 60º footstand.
