Agents Handle More Calls Faster

When mixed call environments are integrated seamlessly, CSRs switch easily between desk phone and softphone calls to serve more customers, whether from PC or Mac. Calls are clearer with echo and noise cancellation, Noise @ Work, Anti-Startle and G616 compliance that reduces strain on agents and allows customers to hear and be heard. The customer experience is further enhanced with advanced audio channel mixing that includes agent greeting, call recording, voice notes and streaming audio, all configurable in Plantronics Hub software.

Make customer conversations count

CSRs can’t provide great customer service when their is focused on making their equipment work. MDA500 QD Series smart audio processors make connecting to and switching between call sources easy with an electronic hook switch (EHS), available as an accessory, for desk phones, and answer, end and mute controls. The Plantronics Quick Disconnect (QD) interface allows CSRs to move from one system and quickly connect to another for a seamless workflow.

Proactive agent development and asset management

MDA500 QD Series smart audio processors support Plantronics Manager Pro*—subscription required—so managers can be alerted to potential issues. Once alerted, managers can take advantage of training opportunities for continuous improvements to call quality that enhance customer experiences. Plantronics Manager Pro also enables IT to monitor, track and manage audio device deployment and system performance from the cloud. IT can easily push firmware upgrades, track headset usage and adoption, and identify potential conflicts and acoustic events to increase value and ROI from your headset investment.
